GURDASPUR: While people are avoiding meeting each other during curfew in Punjab, a big news has come out from a village in Gurdaspur district where a 5-year-old girl was raped. A case has been registered by the police after receiving a complaint at Bangar of Ghania police station in Batala district.
The accused is still absconding. A case of rape of a 5-year-old girl from a village under Batala police district by a 16-year-old boy living in the same neighborhood has come to light.
There, the accused's family said that the girl lives in their neighborhood and she used to come to their house to play but the allegations against their child are false and baseless.
