Sections of Arms Act in Sidhu Musewala case
Chandigarh / Barnala: The Patiala Range IG on Monday filed a petition filed by Punjabi singer Sidhu Maseswala in connection with the operation of AK-47. Jatinder Singh Khlakh told the High Court that both the FIRs in Dhanola and Sangrur were registered in this case. Now the provisions of the Arms Act have been added. In this case, SP. Advocate Ravi Joshi had filed a petition alleging that the police had registered an FIR in the case after the video of AK-47 47 being played by Punjabi singer Sidhu Mr. Musewala went viral.The police have not yet taken any concrete action in the matter.
